Dear Derek and Amanda,
You guys did such a great job in building our new home! We couldn't have picked
a better builder. Our new house is beautiful and I can't tell you how many
compliments we have received. We are thrilled with all of our storage space
and all the special details put into our new home. Even though our house was
complete when we found it...it was as if you had read our minds. Our house
has everything we could have dreamed of and more. We had looked at nearly 15
houses for sale we found this one. We were discouraged we might not be able
to find exactly what we wanted within our budget, until we found our house
here in Mainstreet. Also, we have been so excited about our energy efficient
appliances you picked. Our electric bill is less now than our previous home
which was about half the size of this one. Once again, we are so proud of our
new home and would recommend Sugar Magnolia Homes to all of our family and
friends.
